Pledge of Servant Leadership

First, I will serve God by being a difference maker.  I will give of my time and resources to help those in need.  I will pray for and with those in need.  I will ask God for his wisdom, support and guidance to direct GPS, LLC.  I have no doubt that numerous opportunities to make a difference and achieve success will be presented to this company.

Second, I will serve my family.  By taking care of my family and putting it second only to God, I will have the peace of mind, pride, clear conscious and family support to perform at work.  I am so proud of my family and I love serving and taking care of them.

Third, I will serve my employees. In addition to providing a competitive salary to my employees, I will serve them by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, health care benefits, retirement savings and real estate investment opportunities.  If our employees are taken care they will be better equipped to serve and take care of our clients.

Fourth, we will serve our subcontractors, vendors and other business associates.  Our goal is to provide an honest, organized, efficient and professional environment for them to conduct business.  We want all of our business associates to enjoy working with GPS, LLC because they are treated with respect and have the opportunity to make a fair profit on our projects.  If our associates enjoy working on our projects they will be a strong asset in helping us serve our clients with uncompromised excellent customer service and quality.  

Fifth, but by no means last, we will serve our clients.  By serving God, family, my employees and our business associates we will be prepared to serve our clients with the honesty, attention, energy, thoroughness, customer service, professionalism and the quality that they deserve.
